Our Story
For over three decades, MCF Community Care has been a beacon of hope and support in Monbulk and its neighboring areas. Our initiative, now known as 'Helping Hands,' was introduced to uniquely identify our mission amidst other church programs. At the core of our efforts is a steadfast commitment to embodying God's love through tangible acts of kindness and support. We are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and providing practical assistance to those in need, continuing our tradition of service with compassion and faith.
How we can help
Food Hampers
We provide essential food hampers filled with non-perishable items, fresh produce, and community-donated goods to support those in need.
Emergency Groceries
Our emergency grocery service offers immediate food relief for families facing unexpected hardships, ensuring no one goes hungry.
Care & Connection
Beyond providing material aid, we offer a listening ear, encouragement, and connections to additional resources for comprehensive support.

Food Donation Bins
We welcome you to support our mission of uplifting those in need by donating non-perishable food items in our bins located outside Woolworths in Monbulk and Emerald; each contribution, regardless of size, plays a crucial role in nourishing families in our community and fostering hope, reminding us that together we can create a meaningful impact in the lives of our neighbors.
